Black Bean Soup

Another simple soup recipe... with some errors.

Yes, you need to sort and soak the beans first.

Serve with a salad made from chopped mango and radish, with a squeeze of lime and sprigs of fresh cilantro.

You are pressed for time you say? Odelhay. Get a BAG of lettuce/chopped veggies and splash with lemon juice and olive oil. You are good to go.

 P.S. This soup is cooking as I type this and it smells ridiculously bueno.
